You on the other hand I think are supporting the actual global chaos even if you don’t know it yourself. If this war is still ongoing by October and definitely by spring, you’re going to see a supply line and food crisis like you’ve never seen before. We are on the path of chaos, and I’m trying to enlighten you of this sad reality so we can save ourselves and the world even if it means that monsters like Vladimir Putin get a win (and he is winning regardless btw).

Because the number goes completely out the window in that scenario. It’s global chaos.
So we shouldn't support Taiwan then?

Stop em now-send them the equipment whatever’s necessary to end this sooner rather than later. Putin understands one thing, overwhelming force.

What if ending this war now saves millions of lives even if Russia gets much of what they want?
How many more lives and homes and societies are upended then? Why is the onus on us and Ukraine to save the world from the fallout from this war?

It’s working and will continue to work, and Vlad hasn’t won shite. Isn’t winning shite, and won’t win shite from any of this. His country has been teetering on the edge of ruin because of systemic corruption and has been plagued by the oligarchs since 1989. If you had a basic grasp on how things work over there you’d know just how bad things were and now with the war it’s only revealed how they’ve been papering over the cracks…300000 young professionals have left in 4 months so there is a brain drain happening as well…

I on the other hand have an argument that if Ukraine and Russia come to peace talks that it could save millions of lives worldwide for the world food and fuel supply.
The rest of us, on the other hand, have an argument that you put them down now and you’d save vastly more lives in the future. It’s not like your food concerns aren’t going to happen anyway, Western govts are trying to see to it with their dumbass climate change legislation on farmers.
Be great if we knocked out Russia before the Europeans destabilize their govts instead of presenting Russia with what they want plus a destabilized Europe, which again is what they want.

Still don't have a number I see. You must just want endless war if China invades them.

And if they do and it’s NATO, then it’s war. I’ve made my line pretty clear.

Pootin’ is a psychopath, plain and simple. He is on a path of his own making and he will not veer from it for anybody. The only way to save “millions of lives” is to kill him.
Ukriane knows this, Europe knows this and Sweden and Finland obviously know it because of their recent entry into NATO. Negotiation with a psychopath is not possible. Even Pootin’ recognizes that there are only two options regarding his status, appease him or kill him.

The problem with this argument is they’re a major nuclear power that control much of the world’s wheat and oil supply, and you basically refuse to acknowledge the potential downside of prodding this bear with a stick.
