Yeah man, every single Russian soldier is running around raping and torturing every Ukrainian baby they come across and every Ukrainian soldier is a choir boy who fights the good fight and gets on his knees to pray to the Good Lord for peace for all mankind after a hard day of battle.
That’s a child’s point of view.

Its exactly what our media is pushing, people believe anything.
If the media is pushing it, the US gubment is behind it. I guess we have our hooks set.

These guys don’t realize that they’re acting exactly as the retards on the secrant do during a game thread. The other team is always offsides and holds on every play and everytime my team drops the ball it’s pass interference.

You guys come here every day with some BS. Take it to Sonic.

And your type still refuses and cannot answer the question on shelling innocent civilians/property. What warrants this? What excuse are you going to use for your Russian buddies? Total destruction of homes, properties, lives, etc. You continue to make excuses for the invaders. What did the people of Ukraine do to Russia to warrant this?
Give your excuses to the parents of those children killed in Vinnytsia.

We've been conditioned to be tribal and angry. Anything that feeds that gets attention. Objectively, pop journalistic coverage of this war is the worst journalism I have ever seen. I trust nothing from American media.
Hopefully all this ends ASAP, and we aren't any more involved.

I understand the guys point about blaming each individual soldier.
The grunt on the ground is following orders. He has little choice.
But at some point individuals have to be held responsible for what their leaders are doing. We have seen Russia systematically attacking her neighbors for decades. This needs to stop. Nations haven’t attacked Russia since 1939.
Furthermore many Russians have committed some heinous acts. Not all for sure, but many gave stolen, raped and murdered. That isn’t in dispute.
And then there are those that volunteered to fight so they could make some money or so they could get out if prison. These mercenaries are aiding a rogue country to destroy their neighbor and they choose to help. I certainly don’t feel sorry for them.

I read your last post as an apology for Russian war crimes.
You suggest that b/c all Ukrainian soldiers are not choir boys, that systematic war crimes by the Russian military cannot be criticized.
At this level, no war is without criminality.
But the Russian excesses have been consistent and pervasive, which is why more than 45 nations have joined in the effort to investigate Russian war crimes in Ukraine.

Grunts follow orders, or else. They bear no responsibility for what is happening.

I will close with this: Why don't you Russian fan boys instead of continuing to whine and bitch about the media just admit what you want: a Russian victory over the evil country that dealt with those Bidens/politicians. I don't support Biden or his scum bag son in any way, but I will not support a country or government as evil as Putin to exact my revenge/frustration on an innocent Ukrainian people that had nothing to do with politics whatever I think about their government.

Understood, to a point.
Decades of attacking your neighbors, having your young men die in foreign lands and seeing your young men killing and destroying becomes the fault of that civilization.
The Russian people had a great chance to change. Now they have enabled Putin and his ilk to undo a lot of the reforms that were made. It’s on them to make changes and quit blindly following orders.
I understand it’s easier said than done, but if enough little guys band together the ruler has to listen.

No, AU86 said he hoped every Russian that crossed the border dies. It’s fricked up and childish.

Well, I have absolutely no say in the US and their involvement in foreign wars, including this one. I didn't have a say when we backed a coup.
I'm not taking responsibility for our government, I don't even believe the people control our government, or Russia's. But if they throw me into battle, I'll fight because I go to jail otherwise.
The Average Russian has about as much influence as the average Chinese.
And I certainly am not believing propaganda regarding atrocities or the war in general as reported by our media.

Folks had a say when enough of them forced LBJ to resign.
Folks have say now. You can vote people out of Congress. You can vote them out of the WH. Or you can sit and whine about conspiracies, and say you have no control, its your choice.

This is a joke. Big money wins in politics and we are forced to choose from the shite candidates that they push in front of us.

You’re an idiot. Guess we deserved 9/11 according to your logic, because the U.S. has caused massive unrest in the Middle East.

I think the entire American foreign policy is focused on exactly this. If we didn't help Ukraine there would be an occupying force there now and a nasty insurgency. Followed by Russia invading other countries, and a destabilized Europe, which might force our hand.
We give Ukraine what they need and this thing is over in 6-12 months and we don't have to get more involved.
We all want the same thing. You just don't realize that the current policy arc is the most efficient way to get there.

When you subsidize war, you get more war. It will just continue to fester and spread.
