How is that possible when this thread keeps telling me that Ukraine is winning?

It’s called journalism. They can get the numbers if they want to. They choose not to because they are playing the propaganda war for the Ukrainians, most likely at the direction of western intelligence agencies. I’m not claiming that it’s even a bad thing. It’s part of the war effort. But there is no harm in recognizing what’s happening.

I googled it and quickly found the UN was reporting about 5,000 civilian casualties. It’s no big secret.

Putin has already said he’s going to fight to the end for Ukraine. Once he declares general mobilization it’s over for the Ukrainians

You have been saying this for months, but Russia has not mobilized. Ukraine has mobilized.

there is a coup in Moscow.

The only thing that is keeping Putin in power is that the Russian people allegedly believe that Putin is making Russia powerful. If Putin calls for a general mobilization against Ukraine he will be admitting to the Russian people that Russia is in fact not powerful enough to defeat what Putin describes a not a real country without desperate measures. IDK if there will be a coup in Moscow or if Putin will succumb to complications from thyroid cancer, but one way or another Putin will be out of power within 72hrs of Russia calling for a general mobilization. Which is why Putin has been bending over backwards not to declare a general mobilization for months.

In addition, in the area of ??the explosion, you can hear the howling of sirens and see the hustling of the orcs who are fleeing in all directions, hastily taking out the loot and their own stuff. Local residents report that some of the orcs are changing into civilian clothes in panic, packing their large bags into seized civilian cars," the post reads.

In a phone call intercepted by the SBU, a Russian soldier complains to his wife: "They’re sitting there, sipping their coffee, pressing buttons, and just raining shells on us."

The invader complains that the Ukrainian military manages to destroy a large number of their tanks and other equipment, while the Russians cannot fire back, being unable to determine where they are being hit from.

To support the conversation, the woman offers some advice: "You need to shoot your tanks at such ranges." But the Russian soldier fixes her idea of ??modern war: "They start hitting you 3-4 kilometers away. How are you going to shoot with a tank?".

Neanderthal Russians just bombing City centers again

I just found out that one of the bridesmaids at my roommate's wedding had relocated from Kharkiv to Vinnystia and her 14 month old daughter wounded in the attack on Vinnystia. She is 16 weeks pregnant and has severe burns over 60% of body and her 14 month old daughter has severe burns over 95% of her body. According to my friends in Ukraine neither one is expected to make it 24 hours. F**k Russia and anyone who supports Russia.

Big victory for the Russians. They just took a town of 10,000 people that is less than 2 km from where the front line have been for 2 months. If the Russians keep up this pace they will cut off the Ukrainians in the east by the year 2029!

Bakhmut will fall soon now.

When it does, the next defensive line will be Kramatorsk, and Slavayansk. But that’s it. There isn’t another line or fortifications to fall back on once those cities are captured.

I expect they’ll retreat to Dnipro when they lose Kramatorsk and Slavayansk.

And the Russians can?

They can’t even produce equipment anymore

They are deep into their Soviet era stock pile
