The Biden administration plans to sell Ukraine four MQ-1C Gray Eagle drones that can be armed with Hellfire missiles for battlefield use against Russia, three people familiar with the situation said.
But the Gray Eagle represents a leap in technology because it can fly up to 30 or more hours depending on its mission and can gather huge amounts of data for intelligence purposes. Gray Eagles, the Army's version of the more widely known Predator drone, can also carry up to eight powerful Hellfire missiles.
The sale is significant because it puts an advanced reusable U.S. system capable of multiple deep strikes on the battlefield against Russia for the first time.

Neither Russia or China have “take-off” hypersonic missiles. They still use a slow launch that climbs to an altitude that will assist the missile in gaining hypersonic speed.
The US, OTOH, has developed and tested missiles that launch and straight away achieve hypersonic speed, eliminating the vulnerable launch period.

Ukrainian forces retreated after suffering big losses in the city that’s now about 80% controlled by Russian forces, Luhansk regional governor Serhiy Haidai said Wednesday."

“If our steps or operations to de-occupy this or that region cost tens of thousands of our dead people, we will wait for appropriate weapons to save as many of our people as possible,” Zelensky said.

Surprised the US is spending money on this lost cause. They're getting annihilated in Donbas and our solution is to waste $700 million on 4 rocket launching systems that'll be destroyed shortly after they're put into action.

Reports are that after the Russians got to the center of Severodonetsk, they rounded up civilians and executed them, leaving them in the street.
Russia continues to use executions and terror as a weapon.
