You are over thinking this. But if you want to make it easy on yourself eat light a few days before leading up to the procedure.
Afterwards go eat you a good big meal and be happy.

It's a colonoscopy, not lethal injection.

“I actually start eating lighter two days in advance. It makes the prep process more bearable.”
This is the correct plan.. and as op said enjoy a nice meal after instead..

Best nap I've ever had.

I don't remember, but I was weak as hell leaving out of that office.

You rule is to have just clear liquids the day before. I would actually eat light the day before that. And no corn and seeds starting the day before that. The last thing you want is to not have a good prep and have to turn around and do it all over again

I didn't remember, but your lunch after will be the best lunch you've had.

frick you for even bringing this up. Had one this summer. I had to be there at 7:45 AM. I shite (pure liquid, of course) three times in the shower that morning as I was getting ready. I didn’t think it was ever going to stop.
I was blessed that the colonoscopy itself had perfectly clean results, though.

The fear hype surrounding a colonoscopy is completely overrated. Just make sure your phone is well charged for your porcelain journey

Does anyone actually drink that stuff just to cleanse yourself out, even with not having a colonoscopy
Posted on 10/19/24 at 10:16 am to Pankerville
Just go to Taco Bell and skip the cleanse

Cuttlefish and asparagus

A big crawfish boil, of course.

When I had mine, got up early ate a lot of bacon eggs, grits and toast. Then went back to bed. My appointment was for 7:00 the next morning.

Did the wife drop you off, or did you also get a divorce?
