I can back into a spot a lot faster than it sounds like you guys can back out of a spot

I got everything finished last week. Groceries, gifts wrapped. What’s forgotten or not done doesn’t get done. I remember those last minute panics and won’t do it anymore. (Same with tgiving.) Makes for a much nicer Christmas Eve, plus no panic overspending.

It’s like this every year.

Get your shopping done. Get in line with the masses and get it done before crunch time. Get everything wrapped and packed up so you know there won’t be any last minute store runs for tape or cards or whatever.

Then stay home and cook a roast or something.

I do my best work when I wait until the last minute

Staying at a house on a cul de sac with about 6 houses on it. The poor FedEx and generic delivery truck drivers have been ripping in and out of here about hourly for the last two days. Somebody down the street is cutting it close on a lot of stuff.
