In June I witnessed a Monegasque family run up a 45,000 euro tab in three hours at a pool party in Monte Carlo. I have never seen anything like it and they were still ordering bottles of champagne when I left. They likely spent six figures for one day at a pool. I can’t even...

I paid and signed for a $30k bar tab at the Embassy Suites in Laredo. The wind farm we built was under budget.
My biggest bar tab that i was on the hook for was less than $200.

As a sales guy I have been above 2k a few times. I am no oil field sales baller.
But my highest came at Razoos of all places. It is amazing how fast your tab can be found be complete strangers and you can buy a couple hundred drinks.

I can’t say I racked it up myself nor would I consider it a bar tab, but we had some customers we took to Pappas Steakhouse here in Houston during the OTC.
Just our alcohol total was a shade over $2000, but they were about 20 people at the table drinking lots of bottled wine and premium liquor. My teetotaling lifestyle didn’t add to any part of that, but it was pretty impressive that the waisted brought a separate check just for the alcohol.
Petty to some on here, but that’s all I’ve got as an answer to OP.

$4200 in Miami on South Beach when the Saints won the Superbowl. What an expensive trip but so memorable. I might never see another Saints Superbowl win.

Not me but my friends paid $10,000 for us to have the VIP area at Ghost Bar on the roof of the Rio in Vegas.

My recollection of the night is a little hazy, but somewhere North of $27k at Sal E Brasa Churrascaria in Riberao Preto, Brazil in 2009.
I’ll never forget my local marketing manager’s face when he came to me and said “You do have a really high limit on your card, right?”

$1200. New York, so it’s obivously an inflated environment, but it still hurt.

Never had a high tab (collectively) but have ordered a drink or a bottle at a bartender or sommelier's suggestion that cost way more than we normally spend. Happened last night in fact! But the other things we ordered were less expensive than we normally pay (newer restaurant) so it all balanced out.
