thanks, he said he was at an assembly point. trying to get info from the crews we have out there now but it's all "an operator told me" type stuff right now.
"an operator told me it was a wastewater tank rupture" yeah well maybe thinking it was a wastewater tank is what caused it

Was a Westlake plant, but not the same. One in Sept. was Poly 2 and this was the South plant

How many times has that plant had a major explosion?
I lived in LC back in 2002 and my next door neighbor was a widow made millionaire when an explosion there killed her husband
