Dude, good luck trying to repair your image with this crap. You knowingly let a dog rot in your pond after it was brought to your attention. It's a good thing you're taking government dollars to fill your units, because no one who pays their own hard earned money is going to want to live in your disgusting apartment complex.

Accepting section 8 vouchers is like waving the white flag for a management company. It's an acknowledgement that they failed to serve the property in a way that would continue to generate honest dollars. It's a last ditch attempt to squeeze any revenue out before giving up fully.
It is the natural life cycle of multi-family residences. Some simply rot faster than others.

Jesus Christ is this funny.

Looks like the cinder blocks came out of that bag. I wonder how many others are on the bottom of that pond.

Alright, will be on WBRz at 10 tonight. Y'all be gentle. We can't all look like Ryan Gosling.

I fortunately did. It had thanks tigerdroppings written across with an eagle soaring into the sky.

Damn. I grew up in the neighborhood on the other side of the lake. I remember when they built those apartments. We used to play around that lake all the time. I don't think we ever intentionally went swimming but we probably got wet a few times doing stupid shite around that lake.

Naw baw, no need for that. I'm not OT famous enough for anyone to need to go through that trouble.

Good God...that neighborhood used to be a great place in the late 70s/early 80s.

But say it as a matter of fact, pause long enough for the reporter to think you're done so they start asking another question, and interrupt them with "allegedly".

You're about to encounter some moving fees so think about it.
