I gotta leave Lafayette in 30 minutes to head to Lake Charles. How bad we looking on the interstate and on the ground weather wise?

Yeah I see all the weather reports on tv, I just know they as a whole like to be dramatic about everything and what not.

One of the news stations said there was 50-60mph winds associated with that red section on the radar when it went through the Lake Charles area.
