When Lake Charles residents see the Euro Model:

Crowder Gulf has been awful on debris pick up. So many streets haven’t even had a first pass for clean up. Completely inexcusable.

Legal question-I have a State Farm policy and have been waiting on their desk adjuster for a response to my claims from H. Laura. If H. Delta causes additional dwelling damage is it likely that I as a homeowner would be in the bucket for an additional hurricane deductible?

The hurricane deductible applies to a hurricane season. You won't have a second hurricane deductible for Delta -- just one deductible for all damage whether from Laura or Delta

Just drove past Suddenlink office in LCH. Long line of people waiting outside. I’m sure there are some happy folks waiting their turn to vent their frustrations.

I was there this morning and it was excruciating. And to top it off they let a sheriff's deputy walk to the front of the line and prance right in. He was still dealing with his issue when I got in -- he wasn't there for anything but his personal business. I suggested to the "guard" at the front door that he shouldn't allow cutting like that if he expects everyone to play nicely and wait their turn. Any one person on that line, myself included, is a snap away from going postal

Well we get the pleasure of telling them to cancel tomorrow and send us our credit.
AT&T called, showed up and installed my 1 Gig fiber - 3 weeks ahead of originally scheduled install date.
I hope all that are able will get the same thing done for them. Tech, from Houston, said that they have hundreds here for the next 3 weeks.

From what I understand they are giving instructions on what to pick up and how many loads to do per day by local and/or parish govt, I don't think are just given a green light to turn and burn or it would be done much quicker.

Man, Lake Charles has really gotten more than their share. After trying to rebuild from the last one, now this. I feel so bad for those people. Life is not fair.

We got an apartment at Springs after gutting our house too. Trying to be patient from Katy monitoring power situation. Seems like all my friends around there are powered back up.

Hearing people say their insurance company is going to charge them an “all peril” deductible for Delta. Has anyone asked their insurance company exactly what “peril” Delta caused??
Power back on at Springs
