See, that there is taunting.
While most of see a bit of exaggeration and sarcasm to illustrate a point, "Progressives" see an idea and another milestone toward the agenda. Thus, we WILL ACTUALLY SEE THIS PROPOSED at some point within 5 to 7 years. It's exactly how they work.
We've seen it over and over for the last 40 or so years. People NOT part of the "Progressive" movement or agenda, say something that, to "us" is almost inconceivable or beyond any sort of boundaries of "decency" or "good taste" and, yes those are somewhat debatable. Anyway, the comment is made, and it's the next goal on the agenda to force the idea at every possible opportunity at those opposed to the "Progressives" and their vision for society/power aggregation.

This was a key factor in my youngest not going to the University of Colorado at Boulder. Some girl/boy that preferred the she/her pronouns gave a presentation to the students and parents about her bringing this performance to campus.

WTF? Our society continues its decline! Why would anyone think it beneficial to introduce Drag Queens as normal to 3 yr old children???? Why force that on them? To each his own... QUIT FORCING IT ON OTHER!!! Trans-genders, drag queens, homosexuals, and whatever else fricked off, not normal, twisted, sexual orientations out there.... do your thing. Why is it so important that everyone else be ok with it? That's my problem with it all... now kids?

I wouldn't claim to know the inter-workings of their minds but know people that are drag queens. Those specific individuals do it as a form of theater, expression.
I mean as rich as all of us are, I'd have thought you baws appreciated the arts.

i wouldn't bring my kids to it but hell, trannys and gays are a part (yes, a small part) of the society we live in. completely sheltering your kid from the realities of the world isn't always a good plan imo
This is an awful conclusion and you should feel bad. No one said anything about sheltering realities except you. I only said this specific event is highly inappropriate for a mother fricking 3 year old.

Of course we're rich, but a large portion of us are also baws. We choose to spend our riches on F250s, side by sides, and Bud Light. Baws don't care about them arts.

Drag queen story time is something that has been done in cities across the country, but this would be the first event of its kind in our area. The story time is slated for three to six-year-olds, and the stories will be narrated by drag queens. This is what the offering looks like on the Library System’s website
I'm glad their tax was voted down.

Wow- this won't confuse the f**k out of little minds, at all.

Remember, as well, that at every step down the way opponents have been told "this won't affect you...but you're intolerant. All we ask is tolerance." However, once the goal is effectively reached, THEN the demand is for acceptance, quiet resignation or even kindness toward the person if not the idea...not enough.
The demand, along with cries of bigotry, phobia, discrimination, THEN becomes condoning and encouraging the same behavior.
To, now, not encourage is as bad as outright, articulated opposition. Even reasoned, thought-out opposition in the arena of ideas, is enough for the "racist/phobic/bigoted/hater" epithet and subsequent negative consequences whether in media or lawsuits and other forms of retribution. So much for "tolerance" or "just leave us alone to live like you want to be left alone."
See the bakers in Oregon, Colorado, or Baronelle Stutzman the florist in Washington. See venue owners all over the Eastern Seaboard who have been targeted for "hate" = religious beliefs that do not condone or proscribe homosexual behavior or "gay marriage."

They’re trying to brainwash kids into thinking it’s ok to be like that.
I'm not cool with the brainwashing if in fact that is what they are doing.
But what makes you think it's not ok for an adult to dress in drag?
I suppose it all comes down to this....It depends on what the stories are about. If it's a normal story being read by a man dressed as a woman, what's the harm.
Now if it's a story about how Tim dressed up like a girl, suck johnny's meaty cock, and since Johnny didn't know, and he is a white cis gendered male, kicked Tim's faggy arse for making him think he is a woman. Now Johnny is getting thrown in jail because he is a typical intolerant, racist, homophobic, cis gendered white male with so much privilege, that he can't tell a man sucking his cock from a real woman.
