At my job I deal with a lot of old people that love to ramble like this
“Hey mam I was giving you a call to....
“OH MY GOD I just got a divorce and I’m driving a bus right now and I need to stop to take a piss and back in 1987 I was a rodeo clown in the navy and you wouldn’t believe what happened last week when I took my daughter to the hospital”
“.............okay I’ll check back with you next week”

I deal with this shite all of the time. I try to have compassion for them, but there are some I have to force off the phone or else I'd be stuck for hours listening to shite that doesn't even make sense.
