Are Louisiana strippers not allowed to be fully nude? I've never been into a strip club in LA, only other states.

The broke-arse state of Louisiana that can't fund its schools, highways, hospitals, etc. has money to send undercover cops into strip joints and buy expensive drinks and lap dances just to bust them? Is it any wonder the state is so fricked up? frick whatever idiot decided THIS would be a good way to spend taxpayers' money.

Got my first lap dance at lipstixxx. Paid the door guy 20$ to get in, stripper charged me 20$/ drink at 2 drink minimum. I was 17 I think at the time.
