Restrictions incoming????
I was looking at some old JBE press conferences from March, and found the one where he made the infamous “we have two weeks to slow the spread.”
I busted out laughing sitting here 9 months later and COVID cases rising.
I guess we failed.

I think they close to indoor consumption at 11pm in Orleans Parish if I read it correctly.

That's what it has been.
This will go back to no indoor service at bars, but I guess go cups are no longer illegal. All alcohol sales for bars and restaurants will continue to stop at 11.
Queen Toya will pass down her edict shortly.

Restrictions coming for New Orleans today. Bars will be closing.

Any rate above 7% is going to bring restrictions

So all the businesses killed to this point meant nothing, got it.

Did JP require bar owners to close their bars? I know they have been over 5% for a few weeks.

I don't think they ever left. Will have to go back to packing an ice chest again.

We should go to Phase One

That argument is bullshite.
The Convention Center hospital has been dismantled.

Alabama set a record today too for new cases, hospitalizations and deaths.
Damnit.

Just about every bar I know of has been operating as a restaurant or whatever. I've heard of several that aren't closing by 11:00 either and I love that nobody cares.

Know a guy that went and got tested while showing no symptoms the other day (he’s dumb I know) anyways, he was confused by the testing positive with 0 symptoms so he went to get tested again the next day and was negative. Anecdotal, sure, but I think some of these tests are bullshite.

you ever see Juan and Julio making out on aisle 14 and then go bang one out in the truck?
No, but then again we don’t run in the same bars & clubs as your type does

Really hope bar owners will lead a revolt. There's literally no logical reason home Depot can handle hundreds of people for 16 hours a day but bars can't operate at all
Not only bar owners but every restaurant owner as well.
