It is hard to believe that he can go to prison for life; just so that the democrats can lie like rugs and say Kyle was a deplorable racist so they can make another gun ban speech.

They want the riots. They are sick

Jack Poso did a rosary on twitter for this child.

Legal question... if it is a hung jury, do they have to go back for a retrial or can the DA drop the charges?

ETA: Or prosecute again on just a reckless endangerment charge?

DA makes the call on whether to retry it if the jury is hung up.

so more traditional/conservative values makes someone a "boomer" - that's ridiculous.

You're right, that is ridiculous.

From what I can tell the "Ok Boomer"/"Ok Zoomer" memes are two sides of the same coin that just represent someone who is out of touch with reality.

Zero change they drop it all together if jury is hung.

At most they come back with lesser charges.

yeah, & IIRC it was the asst DA who took this case and was most likely politically pushed via the DOJ & Brandon. It was said during the trial that the prosecutions only hope was a mistrial.

If they don't reach a verdict soon should probably wait until tomorrow am. Harder to "peaceful protest" during the sunlight

Have there been any crowds at the courthouse throughout the trial? I wonder if more will start showing up now that the jury is deliberating?

I saw a video of a bunch of old ladies celebrating a pedophile calling him a hero in front of the courthouse, but that’s it.
