This man, like all pedophiles, deserves capital punishment.

Sexually abuses child, no jail time.

Sadly, I’ve seen this (the lack of real punishment) in multiple sexual assault/abuse cases as of late here. It’s insane.

Had a client whose ex-husband was walked in on groping their daughter and he got less than a month. Even with the disclosure of more abuse happening. When I was still working in a school, had a student who reported being molested by her uncle and was pregnant. Less than 60 days for that one.

It’s a huge issue here and our legislature is too busy dicking around to fix it. The only mention it got in a recent crime bill was the increase of minimum time for certain felony classes. But a lot of the time this charges get pleaded down to misdemeanors.

And in some of these smaller counties it’s almost always someone who knows the Judge.

Shocked to see another red state go blue? Democrat governor and more registered Democrats than Republicans. The plague is spreading like wildfire.

Kentucky’s not been purple, much less blue in my lifetime. Outside of the major metro areas and some of EKY, the state is red. As of last year there are more registered Republicans than Democrats.

The state has had a GOP majority in the House and Senate for awhile now. And not a small one.

Yet you have a far left governor.

Someone’s dying. If you want to protect this individual you can get it too.

Far left is being generous. Kentucky has almost always voted blue for the Governor seat. But he has limited power compared to a lot of his peers and the legislature has had more than enough numbers to overturn pretty much everything he’s vetoed. You also underestimate how bad some of the Governor candidates the KYGOP has had in the last decade.

The laws are clearly set by a majority GOP legislature who has more than enough power to push it through. And they’re not doing anything to address it.

I was just in Paducah two weeks ago. Hard to believe they are tolerating this.

The trans movement is solely for the normalization of child rape. That's it. Why we as a society tolerate that is beyond me.

What fricking daycare would hire that thing?

Daycare would be damned either way because of the lawsuit. I think the father of the child should serve this thing some lead soup.

You realize the left and the media would have found this source and ruined them, right?

I mean, the child abuser IS getting off here. KY is a blue state now. This is what happens when Democrats win. There are different sets of laws for their voters now.

This is the world OT moderates are pining for.

Kentucky isn’t a blue state. Both the Kentucky House and Kentucky Senate have a GOP majority. Of our 6 US Representatives, 5 are GOP. Both of our US Senators are GOP. The state down ballot after Governor is all GOP and has been for a few years now outside of the current Governor as the previous AG.

The county where this occurred voted Red in the last election across the board.

To pass off the acceptance of this as not a systematic issue in Kentucky where child abusers are regularly allowed to plead down to misdemeanors is being disingenuous.

Judges are just as corrupt as politicians now a days. Why I always vote em out of office.

The coincidence is just too much not to point out. Where there is blue, in any capacity, this shite is encouraged. Sorry child rapists now have get out of jail free cards in your state.
