The cap on outdoor events has been lifted, but indoor and outdoor sports are still capped at 50%. That makes even less sense.

Was at another game this afternoon in a neighboring parish and no one wearing mask at the park. Bleachers were packed. Stopped at a daiquiri shop and 2 has stations/connivence stores on the way out, not one single mask or social distances
All is pretty normal to me.
I have to travel through 5 parishes tomorrow and it will be just the same.
