It’s already a law in Idaho that he cannot profit from his notoriety. Any money he generates automatically goes the victims survivors.

Do you have a link? Idaho doesn’t have a Son of Sam law.

Sorry. I heard it while watching the sentencing.

He should have been tied to the back of a truck and told to keep up or get drug to death. I wouldn't stop until he was a grease spot on the road. True justice would be giving the fathers 5 minutes alone with his weird arse.

Quick Google search says Idaho doesn’t have a specific Son of Sam law, they do have a victim restitution law.

30 times is just absurd. Jesus
And 50 for another. I mean I get adrenaline and everything but how do you even have the energy for all that with everything going on

He cannot appeal. That was part of the agreement. They went over that when he accepted the plea during that court proceeding.
He can in effect, appeal to be able to appeal. This reality was mentioned by the judge. Megan Kelly spoke about it earlier in the week

There are some holes, but I'd be highly, highly motivated and I'm a smart person with resources. Like "Law Abiding Citizen"."
A truly "smart "person would not choose to risk involvement in any such "payback" scheme. Thinking about it would lead to understand that it's time to move on. Not easy to do ;however, absolutely necessary.

That sheet is insulting.

Has there ever been another murder in history where the killer is apprehended and sentenced, but we still have so many unanswered questions?
Absolutely

Gray Hughes a podcaster that has been on top of the story from the beginning read just released documents last night, statements from the officers on the scene and other witnesses that Kaylee and Xana were stabbed in their faces until unrecognizable.

I haven't followed this case since the murders happened and there was a mass thread on here. He was only a prime suspect at the time. Glad to know he was proven guilty.
I do remember it was highly suspected that he was posting on Reddit/Facebook posts related to the murder. Does anyone know if that was ever officially linked to him?

There is a four part doc on Amazon. They talk about this. There was one user whose picture was cartoonish looking but is an exact replica of a photo of Kohberger. The user asked all kinds of questions that raised a lot of red flags. He also mentioned the knife sheath about a month before that was made public. The questions he asked where basically the same questions he asked in grad school on a crime survey he was doing.
I would imagine this was 100% him.

Pappa Rodger after the incel Elliot Rodger. ER was the one who wrote the long manifesto. A lot of killers can’t resist doing that and it usually backfires on them (ex: BTK).
Edit: that’s scary how he knew or suspected that much in his posts since it wasn’t him

Do you have a link to that podcast? Xana and Ethan’s friend Hunter was the one who opened the door and saw that. He saved the rest of the girls unnecessary trauma by telling them to get out of the house and that Xana was unconscious. He’s a hero for that in my book. That poor guy must be permanently scarred though.
Megyn Kelly usually drops info like that into her podcast as well.

He was probably connected to the police. There was a guy in the long OT thread about this case talking about the sheath long before it was reported in the media.
