yes, but other students go through her classes without butchering 4 innocents. There has to be more.

My theory is the investigation/prosecutor teams are worried some evidence will be thrown out due to some loophole or contamination and they don't want to risk it. I remember reading they did a poor job with protecting the initial crime scene.

Darn, I wanted to see him escorted out and hear the families applaud as he was led out the door.

Within miles. Pullman is in Washington. Moscow over the border in Idaho. I was in Pullman every year for a Generation School for eight years.
Spring Break each year.

Read some updates. When Kohlberger "respectfully" declined to speak, a family member said "surprise, surprise". Kohlberger is a coward.

I read that he will likely be in solitary confinement because of the risk that other inmates would try to harm him. He would be in his cell 23 hours a day.

Yep. Especially post-Epstein. He'll be well guarded and protected. Nothing will happen to him. Which makes these victim statements that much harder to listen to. They'll never get justice.

Judge mentioned that he hoped Kohlberger would not be given book deals or any other kinds of royalties. I guess he can't order that he can't make money from his murders. The judge also wants him to fade away and not get any more than his current 15 minutes of fame.

Has the judge handed down the sentence yet?

It wouldn’t surprise me if this prick pulls some theatrics like Bundy during his trial

I think the judge can do this, or at least prosecutors in the plea deal.

It wasn't part of the plea deal. I think there may be some laws in some states that prohibit making money from a crime. I don't know about Idaho, though, since the judge said he hoped no one offered him anything.

ETA: It doesn't appear that Idaho has a Son of Sam law. However, I think if he makes money, he might have to give it to fulfill the restitution fines imposed by the judge. He got 50 grand for each murder plus 5 grand to each victim's family.

Fascination with serial killing psychology (wanting to know what it was like) + incel + bullying in childhood + potential rejection from those girls or similar girls/girls who knew them + thinking he could get away with it due to "expertise" = reasons

Seems low...

They should put out a number that any book deal or movie deal can't eclipse.
