If the victim was white, the perps need to be charged with a hate crime. If that does not happen (and it is unlikely that it will happen), the hate crime statutes need to be repealed.

It won't happen. The perps were 15 and 16 years old. They will be out of jail in a couple of years free to rob, murder and rape again and will be back in the slammer again.
