So, the cop who hid the knife would be in trouble. Not OJ

LAPD are star frickers, they slob the knobs of the hollyweirdos.

Not shocked by this, the guy was already doing shite with movie sets, and knew this would be a huge Memento.

Not condoning it, but people need to realize, LAPD aren't a typical PD, when it comes to Hollyweirdos and the such.

And for a Policeman(star fricker), this type of item, is like the guy who collects dirt/broken bats/etc from pro athletes.

anyone can spread their hand out when trying to get tight fitting gloves on their hand and make it appear they won't fit

OJ is innocent. I'm just glad he had the financial resources to stop the railroad he faced.

They also suspected this was coming and Cochrane told OJ to skip his arthritis medication so his joints would swell.

ETA: Johnnie Cochrane was playing chess, while the prosecution was playing checkers - badly.

Truth. And it's funny that (according to the book and the show), OJ was so white that he didn't even want Cochrane at the beginning and even had a hard time formally requesting Johnny as lead attorney.

That dude saved his life. Shapiro was a dunce and watching Trovolta play him is torture.

really blew my mind the prosecution didn't think that would backfire on them...but it also tells you how smart 12 jurors are to not think he could make it appear they were the wrong size

New evidence would negate the DJ defense I believe.

1 of the jurors in the criminal case said she voted to acquit because, "Rodney King."

Not the riots (which I wouldn't agree with, but at least understand), but because he got his arse beat (what can one possibly have to do with the other?). True story.

Not ordinarily. I can't even say I'm up on all that for Louisiana. Perhaps California has some exception that if you purposefully conceal evidence, are acquitted and it is later shown that you benefitted from concealing the evidence, but even that would be a stretch because DJ is in the federal constitution.

Here is a 2013 Albany Law Review (Judge Janine AND Gov Cuomo's law school alma mater) article - LINK

After the intro, it jumps into a specific U.K. case. The U.S. part begins again at page 1840.
