I don't think it matters. He has already been tried and found not-guilty. I think OJ could hold a press conference today and admit to killing both of them and NOTHING would happen.

Unbelievable. The cop should be charged.

I know cops aren't the brightest, but did he really think a few years would go by and no one would think anything about his framed murder weapon?

Thats always the narrative told when discussing double jeopardy.

But I would imagine the LAPD could throw ANY charge back on? Perjury? Obstruction? Evidence tampering?

I just wish he would admit he did it. Or admit he had help. Or maybe his buddy al did it.

Yes they can. Double jeopardy doesn't apply when new evidence is discovered.

I am not sure this is correct. You got a link on this?

Perjury?
Maybe, but what is the maximum sentence for perjury?

Obstruction?
From what...for not telling the cops where he buried the murder weapon?

Evidence tampering?
How could OJ tamper with "evidence" that was never submitted as evidence?

IDK? But he will get a max that is tacked onto what he is doing in Vegas.

Probably had multiple examples during hours of questioning that could be dug up in transcripts of interviews and hearings? Not just burying a weapon.

If you can prove he buried a murder weapon? Thats a stretch, but it is there? Perhaps "Supression" is a more proper term. I am OBVIOUSLY not a lawyer, but watch a shite ton of Law& Order and NYPD Blue.

Our sources say the knife is currently being tested for hair and fingerprints.

OJ was wearing a glove so there is no way he did it or no way his fingerprints will be on that knife.
