Just received the church bulletin in the mail and low and behold
“Because of the growing concerns from our faithful parishioners about donations, we will be setting up an online account. Hope to have it up by next week.”

So there are people who want to donate so to make it easy for them to do so the church set up a website so they can?
What exactly did you know was coming? Its not like they are asking YOU to donate, it just seems like its there IF you want to donate.

I don’t see a problem with it. The church has a light bill and water bill due every month too. Pastor’s salary, someone to cut the grass, someone to clean. They have legit expenses. Plus they don’t know when regular services will resume. If you don’t want to or can’t give, then don’t.
