Knee Replacement Update

I had knee replacement on February 11. I was having problems with flexion and straightening. Tuesday I had manipulation under anesthesia and it helped tremendously. My leg is almost completely straight and today I was able to get to 122 degrees flexion at therapy. Unbelievable the difference it has made.

So, they just forced it to straighten?
Glad you are making progress!

Was this due to not properly flexing/extending (physical therapy) following thd procedure?

I believe it was a scar tissue issue. A medical professional was going to physically bend his knee to a normal angle and straighten it out completely to break up scar tissue.
I can only imagine it must have involved hellacious pain if he needed to be anesthetized for it.
