The food place in the weatbank Kmart was in the back of the store. Which was a weird place to put it.
That's how the one in Gadsden was back in the day. It was like a cafeteria. I remember getting a spaghetti plate and it coming with this "commemorative" Dr. pepper TV dinner tray. Now at the front of thd store they had a deli and the Slushey machine.,

I would hope so, the store has some good things but their meats and seafoods always look a little sketch to me

Their produce section is top notch, though. Best place around to buy platains and limes dirt cheap.
They also have an awesome selection of cheeses at the deli counter.

Their seafood is legit. They sell their crawfish for half the price of anywhere else and they come from LA.

Still have one in New Iberia. Is it me or is Walmart the new Kmart. Dirty stores, little to no help.

That's because they haven't restocked their shelves since the 80's.
I love finding old shite in Kmart that had been lost in the back that the employees decided to put out anyway. One I used to go to had some VHS and cassette tapes that had been labeled in the early 90's but they were just sitting there randomly on the shelf. RIP northport kmart.

The K-Mart near me has looked like it's going out of business for 25 years. The shelves are empty and stuff. Very strange experience.

Kmart is the closest thing to a time machine back to the 1980's
The barbershop I go to is pretty much a time machine back into the 50's-60's.

That K Mart in Elmwood still has a food counter with an Icee machine...
I think the one on vets near causeway does too. I owe a thanks to kmart on elmwood- I went there pre christmas for past minute gifts and found a jewerly box for about 20 bucks (on clearance marked down from over a hundred). I thought "no way in hell I would pay more than 20, so sure, if she hates it who cares"
Turns out she loved it and has said several times she wishes I didnt spend so much on it

Yea and it's also good if there is like a hot toy item around Christmas that no one else has.
I applied this logic to RadioShack as well for hot electronics.
RIP.

Good call, better cover your tracks for any other future slip ups.

Kmart has become a very depressing display of survival of the fittest. It could not keep up with Walmart and now it is struggling just to stay alive. The one in Elmwood (New Orleans Area) is just gloomy, depressing, and pathetic. One time I went in there to find something and they took those huge plastic containers and filled up 4 rows of shelves with them (instead of stacking them inside each other) just to not have empty shelves.

Why the frick would I lie about calling my grandmother "mom" as a kid since she was the woman that raised me? But you know what, don't bother answering because I don't give a shite what you think. Nothing I can say is going to please you so just go frick yourself. You're nothing but a pathetic internet message board troll and I'm not going to waste my time worrying about a no-life loser like you. Same goes for that dick munching idiot, Rickety Cricket.
