Apparently her boyfriend that works for BRPD was trying to get a promotion that he got passed over for.
She started doing some digging and pissed someone off and they made it a conflict of interest and WAFB fired her.

I've heard from a few people pretty close to the situation that a tight lid was kept on the reasoning for letting her go, so I really think all this type of stuff is gossip. That being said, the news coverage has had a very pro-SWB/Paul lean lately that feeds those theories. I could see where something along those lines added some tension but I don't think it was that simple.

They specifically mentioned on the news awhile back that they sent Kiran to interview the mayor and the mayor said she'd speak to a reporter, but not her.

Police Union is just being honest, and inclusive.
If they were really being jerky, they'd have put out just a North of Fla Blvd from the River to Range stat demo..
