As said before, it most probably belonged to a jewelry designer and they let her wear it for the fashion show.

I believe standard protocol is for the celebs to wear the jewelry specifically to the events and give it back to the jeweler when they leave. That makes too much sense, so this is fake as frick. That's like me handing you a $10MM check to walk around with all day.
