I'll go ahead and go out on a limb saying that at 13 she is living her best days right now.....it is probably going to crash down for her as she progress through high school and into adulthood.
She just doesn't have the look of someone that can make it better for themselves....I'm sorry if that's harsh but it appears to be reality.

Once a day in the morning. No coffee. Just two protein bars for breakfast and I'd take two after that and wash it all down with a bottle of water.
It's nice. Not too strong like an amphetamine but you can certainly feel a difference
