This by far one of the strangest cases I’ve seen.

that's a reasonable observation but there's too much evidence

You really are stupid. She was convicted, so the only way she gets a new trial on appeal would be if the defense PROVES there was a procedural error or something like a witness lied. Its no longer on the prosecutor to prove anything, but rather the defense.

His facebook page
What not just... I don't know, not do that instead?

There’s many more grounds to set aside a conviction than the two examples you provided

I did in law school.
I did while studying for the bar.
I review it often for legal work.
None of this has anything to do with the fact that you don’t have a clue how criminal appeals work.

according to the news reports, the witness was murders at the ATERA apartments 4606 Cedar Springs Road. That's on the north side of downtown clse to the Dallas north freeway.
The murder that Amber Guyger was at South Side Flats apartments 1210 S. Lamar St., south of down town Dallas.
The locations seem to be about two miles apart.
So, how did someone know where to look for the witness?

But they wouldn’t drop the charges just because somebody appeals.
Everybody appeals and keeps on doing it at the federal level after they exhaust state remedies

Don’t the apartments border Highland Park?

and if you think Texas Courts arent capable of providing a Judge willing to be influenced by public opinion...
if her defense goes through the record and they believe the find a mistake connected to the witnesses statements or failure of her consul and the witness is unavailable,,
a judge is just a person
how many bad rulings do I need to list?
