I had a daisy rifle and it would shoot through paint cans with the flat tips. Pretty sure I could have killed someone with a 1-3 well placed shots, especially with the pointed tip pellets.

had a kid in my neighborhood growing up, got shot with a BBGun on accident and died - his twin brother never really was the same after that

How the hell does that happen? I've been shot with a BB gun a few times. It stings like shite especially if its pretty close.. But no way in hell someone should die from a bb shot.

oh man I honestly do not remember - pretty sure it was around the head area - but I'm also trying to remember something from 36 years or so ago

High school friend freshman year ended up with his doped up brother putting a .22 pistol to his forehead and shot and killed him. Unfortunate a great kid with a f’d up brother on drugs ruined his life. Brother was released within 2 weeks and never spent any more time in jail. Thanks LP!

Just got the update.. looks like he also had Covid. The cause of death has been changed... BB didn't kill him, his death is just another tragic death of this pandemic. Believe the science.

Yeah, they're probably using the term "murder" pretty loosely too. Can probably easily fall under the definition of negligent homicide (but I haven't looked up the Kentucky statute).
