Interviewed with Pizza Hut in 2023. The two whom interviewed me on site were Indian. I guarantee this is 100% about being able to tap into the masses of Indians who work in the area and save money on wages.
I worked right down the tollway from the building they were in at one time, used to walk over to eat at their in-house franchise for the employees.

When I worked at Church's in high school, they had the best peach fried pies. A few months after I started, they changed suppliers and the new ones were not very good. I think they gave up on peach pies a couple of years later.
