Woah buddy!
You don't understand the assignment. Thank God you aren't on this jury.
I say this because she is a bitch, and probably a horrible gf. That will taint the jury. And all the hoopla with the people outside the courthouse, and the fanfare will likely push a second jury to convict.

I find it hard to believe that the people in the house beat him to death
Dr. Stonebridge has aal the answers for you. She testified that Officer John O'Keefe had some many fractures on the frontal and temporal portion of his skull that she couldn't count them.

then planted evidence
Well the people in the house didn't plant any evidence.

I believe she'll be found guilty this time around, even though it's not rock solid that she did it.
I find it hard to believe that any group of 12 people will find her guilty of anything.

He's setting the narrative way better than Lally.
The bar is in hell with Lally.
I get your point though.

But to me, what was a very pro Karen Read documentary, didn't really go into motive or detail of how and why they killed him. There were some ideas thrown around like beating him to death in the basement, and letting the dog get him. But no complete narrative from what I remember from the show.
It's not the defense's job to prove exactly what happened.

I am watching them now. Thanks

Oh hey... Nick Rekieta is back covering this trial
Gonna have to see what happened with his own criminal charges
ETA: so Nick pled guilty to a 3rd degree drug possession charge & was sentenced to just less than a month in jail & community service
If he completes his community service & probation with no issues... the court will dismiss the charges so he will serve no jail time & his guilty plea will be wiped off his record
Charges against Nick's wife were dropped

I think Karen Read is hot at times.

WOAH BUDDY!
Not to derail from KR but Ricky Rackets got 5 years probation also. lmao.
The Rail King is an addict and will fail spectacularly and do 21 months in prison.

Interesting about Nick. He definitely lost a significant portion of his following.
Alan Jackson just did really as well. I don't think Brennan will have enough to get a conviction. We'll see.

She should be found innocent and an investigation into the Canton's should begin ASAP.

Where'd you get 21 months from?
His sentence is 28 days in jail

To be expected all things considered
Certainly hope he got his wake up call... gets his life together again... & can regain his followers b/c he was an interesting watch without the coke
He still has his kids... as he just helped a daughter with macaroni just a few minutes ago... so the court apparently feels they're not a danger to the children

Above is the sentencing memorandum.
21 months has been stated by Rackets and others.
Check his thread on the farms for more info.
