Thanks Boosie. The accident reconstruction company will get obliterated is my guess.

And it a lengthy one too. They went to the side bar for a little while regarding the CW motion to preclude the defense from mentioning ARCCA in opening statement.

She is part of the same dirty rotten core there in the Commonwealth.

I just think she is ignorant to many aspects of this case. She said that she didn’t understand the ARCCA report.

Thanks. I didn't watch any of Burkhart during the first trial, but I will be trying her out some for this one.

No problem. It's personal preference but I enjoy Andrea's commentary more than Emily D. Baker.

Could just be a style or personality but I just vibe with Andrea more so figured others in the thread might too.

Andrea is not as big on YouTube.

I'm always open to new people. I think I heard about her while listening to Lawyer You Know during last trial, but never got around to listening. I'm going to listen to her today in the background while at work.

I just finished watching the HBO show on this trial. What am I missing as this new trial starts. What is the big reveal here? I find it hard to believe that the people in the house beat him to death, then planted evidence. Saying that, I don't necessarily believe that she hit him. Although that is more believable than the other possibility to me. I believe she'll be found guilty this time around, even though it's not rock solid that she did it.

Of course they don't.....lol. But to me, what was a very pro Karen Read documentary, didn't really go into motive or detail of how and why they killed him. There were some ideas thrown around like beating him to death in the basement, and letting the dog get him. But no complete narrative from what I remember from the show.

The physical evidence is not consistent with the Commonwealth's theory of the case. That's my main concern with this.

This new dude is as dull as Lally.

I’m falling asleep and bored to tears.

That’s reasonable doubt.

This dude is going to prove KR INTENTIONALLY drove into John?

X to doubt.

I think he's saying that she knew she hit him, didn't know he was dead, but then engaged in a coverup of her reckless behavior.
