17 year old? More than likely.
Also, I don't get the sisters outrage over the girl not being arrested. I can't think of a story of someone being arrested immediately after hitting someone unless they're clearly under the influence. You typically have to wait for these things to play out.

They still usually check you out for drugs, texting or drinking.

I’m sure I’d be on the news if I had hit the black guy that held his arms up like he was holding a rifle and pretending to shoot me as he forced me to come to a stop in the middle of Perkins / Essen on Friday.
