Father screams at his kid something about every fricking time.
Sounded like the poor child was just asking for some bread and water.

If you legit smell Jack Daniels sure. If he's just being an a-hole, mind your own business. Most foster care situations probably wouldn't be any better.

No. As a parent, you never know what led to this situation. Kid may be a defiant shite with a very patient parent that just finally snapped.
