I don't know how you got downvotes for this. You're in a public place, if he wasn't breaking a law, and the owner/manager of the place didn't want him to leave, then he has the same right as you to be there.

this actuallly happened



back when i first started drug court and was going to the gym everyday I had back day and it was a very intense back day and I had just left the gym with the hormones going and shite and i went to get a smoothie.


i get in there and there these two cutie girls were there and i knew them i went there everyday they were in HS and this dude was there trying to show off and i told him what i wanted and it took him 10 mins to make a fricking smoothie and my strawberry banana smoothie tasted like cardboard i know how it's supposed to taste


and my exact words to him were "bitch stop trying to mack to these girls and make my fricking smoothie"


and he said something under his breath as he remade it and i said "bitch we can dance bring your arse out here" '

dude was like 6'1 or something i'm 5'8 but i'm black so dude probably thoguth i had the gloves or something or that i had a gun in the car but he backed downlol and i got 2 free smoothies.

If he would have pulled out a piece and popped a cap in your arse in front of you kids, would it have been worth it? I think not. I don't invite trouble.
