Just Got My First Kidney Stone, What To Expect?

Had a sharp pain in the left side of my lower back and had been pissing a lot lately so I decided to go to the doctors. They tell me that I got a stone and give me some meds to help with the pain. The back pain is mostly gone now so I'm not sure if that means it has passed to my bladder or not.
Anyone else deal with these little frickers

Pain like you can't believe, wish I could paint you a shiny picture but I can't.

I've had several. It's the worst pain you will ever experience unless you have a supply of oxy's or roxy's.

The pain in my back was so bad I could barely breathe when I got my kidney stone
But the flomax is pretty cool because it makes you shoot blanks

No sugar coating it baw, this shite gonna suck. Resist the urge to immediately run to the hospital. Vomit a couple times and let it play out for a couple hours. That bitch will drop sooner rather than later.

Ugh was hoping it already passed through. The back pain I had was bad but not the absolute worse.

Could have passed, or it could be like mine: they won't pass on their own but are now dormant.

I have had 6 at different times. Pain like you won't believe is possible. I went to the ER every time with dry heaves. They have a pill called toradol. Thank God for modern miracle drugs. The ones with the spikes hurt the worst and lots of blood.

They suck really bad. I've ridden my last few out by pounding beers and a flomax prescription. Good luck!

What is the size? Pain can be worse than the manflu.
The pain is when the stone is moving. If it's in your bladder it will probably be no more pain

I didn't know what was wrong so I went to the doctor after throwing up a couple of times that morning. Between that and the barely being able to breathe from the back pain.

Mine got stuck in my bladder... so they shoved a laser up my dick to blast them into smaller shards. Fun times

Got one 15 years ago
Doc gave me two or three prescriptions for Tylox.
I pissed it away eventually

I’ve had 15 over the past 25 years. First one in 8th grade. Worst pain ever. I’ve had a couple removed via basket, which hurts when you have to remove the plastic cord lodged in your junk on your own.

Make sure you tip your urologist
