OP, prays for you and your family. You can beat anything.
We still dealing with my MIL. They still don't know what is attacking her brain 6 weeks later.
Been all down hill for her.

I'm sorry to hear this. Don't give up the fight. You can beat this.

Are you insane. I have first hand knowledge and I'm in the medical business as well.
You sir are the only mf'er who has ZERO knowledge on his performance issues.

hey no offense but drop your topic and responding in this thread for the fricking sake of OP. not the place for that bickering.
I'm not bickering, you clown boys are.
I've reached out personally to the OP because I HAVE BEEN THERE and I truly understand bot only what he feels now, but also what feelings and situations will come.
I did NOT have cancer, and I pray the OP does not either.
So GFY for thinking somehow you're helping the OP, or might be in some sort of position to help.
Anil Nanda should be last option in his situation. There are several other physicians who use more advanced techniques than Nanda does. Hes old and set in his ways. Others have flew by his experience simply by being more up to date on all aspects of tumor treatmwnt/removal

What type of tumor was it?
Non cancerous...acoustic neuroma. Undiagnosed for a long time and grew too large for gamma treatment success variables. Had to be removed. Was causing facial and other issues.

Best of luck. Prayers your way.

Seriously??? The shitty arse flow diverter that has more documented complications than any other neuro device on the market....Get lost dipshit
Seriously, then you know some poor IR Docs...likely “radiologists that are generally clueless. Always go with a Neurosurgeon when going endovascular. When used PROPERLY they are actually quite effective.” But keep going. You are 0 for 2 thus far. Keep answering questions and getting them wrong.
Btw I am sitting in the living room of an Endovascular Neurosurgeon as I type this and he thinks you are a “clown” for saying that (the quoted section are his words verbatim).

Hate that for you but if left untreated they often lead to complications even after resection since there are so many nerves in that area.

Quit being a pussy. OP got some bad news and just wanted some insight and you're on here just trying to prove that you have a bigger dick than everyone else here.

No, that is not what is going on. Look at the thread and you will see the guy was being a jerk and talking down Shreveport Surgeons as if he really knows. I know the surgeons in Dallas and Shreveport. They are basically equal. Now I will admit the follow on care is better in Dallas.

I was avoiding this thread because I have no words but ...
Sorry to hear, prays, and good luck with your treatment...
God bless

Prayers sent, fricking terrible

No pun intended, but keep your head up man. Until they give you the results of a biopsy to let you know exactly what you're facing, try to think positive thoughts.
I know it's going to be hard, but it won't help dwelling on any of the negative things it could be. Hopefully it's nothing that will do long term harm and only a minor inconvenience for you to deal with now.
Thoughts and prayers for sure.
