Anyone have any experience with such.
Find the best doc for the tumor you have. Don't play around if you can get the best.
Duke Medical (Durham) and M D Anderson (Houston) extended a 2 month expected life to 12 years for someone close to me.
Also find someone very close to you to become your advocate. Fighting with insurance companies who will fight not to get you the best care takes a solid support system.
Lastly, get rid of negative people and stress in your life and focus on the positive and calming things in life.

Prayers to you and your family.

Prayers to you. A LOT of brain tumors are nothing. Hopefully the doctors will take care of it and this will just be a bump in the road.
This. Of course its all relative but I'm guessing you're sure you're in for a fight with brain cancer and this could easily be a benign tumor that just needs to be removed.
My father in law and a friends dad both had large brain tumors that were benign. They had them removed and have had no issues since and that was a decade or so ago.

Stay positive man.
My 31 year old brother found out he had a brain tumor the size of a lemon about 9 months ago. They were able to remove it without any major complications.
ETA: He said the scariest part was the initial breaking of the news FWIW.

This means he will have to stop coming to TD.
Prayers for your recovery.
I know location is an important factor. What have doctors said about that?

That's awful! God Bless you! I had a friend who had one when he was 26 and he was able to undergo an operation and he is fine now. I don't know what kind of brain tumor he had though. I hope the same for you.

If you are basing it only on a tech looking at it you should hold out some hope.
Might be a meningioma or something else easily resected. Wait for the neurosurgeon and official radiology reports.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is when we remove a brain tumor, wake the patient up, nudge them and ask how they’re feeling. A lot of times we get a smile or thumbs up. Always really cool.
You don’t have have to go to elite hospitals to find good surgeons. Ask around. Ask people who work in surgery. If you want a good one in Jackson metro I’ll be happy to give ya some info.

I’ll keep you in my prayers.
Good luck to you. A friend of mine had two a few years ago. It was a long road, but he’s doing very well now.

I hope this made you chuckle. I also hope you have it in you to keep your spirits up and the mood light. Life is all about how you approach things. You already know that by now.
But I have to ask: You were looking at porn weren’t you?
Another joke!

I hope you laughed just a little at my post. I’ll be thinking about you as I go about me day.
