Those brand new houses aren’t DSLD and aren’t cheap. Sure, the Hidden Farm neighborhood is. But if you’re talking about the 3-4 new homes on the right side (if you’re turning down brown off of Jefferson) aren’t crap or cheap. Friend sold their custom home on brown for almost 700k last year.

Bc they’re getting a lot of house for cheap and I guarantee you that they’re not upper middle class. If you’re are buying a DSLD in the AP there’s a good chance you’re living pay check to pay check.

Those first few houses on Brown coming from 73 on left and right are very nice custom houses. Not talking about the new subdivision all the way down. Like I said that first one on the left had TWO brand new Vettes. And they tipped very well.

Exactly.

So...
I live in Maplewood which is directly behind “trailerland”. This will do wonders for my property value.

Also “Trailerland” is the official name on the property map.

Just read an advocate article. 4 arrested. They lured him to a house to trie to rob the deceased. Sounds like he ran down Brown Rd and they chased and shite him. Sounds like OP was seconds/minutes away from witnessing a murder

He figured it may have been a passed out drunk junkie.

Turned out to be a murder victim.

Op worded it awkwardly but he wasn't wrong.
