I watched everything I was interested in watching in a week. You've got to really like Marvel and Disney. Remember when Disney+ was going to be the Netflix killer?
I have no care for anything Disney or Marvel
Unless I had kids
I don’t yet

How far away are we from political affiliation becoming a protected class? 5 years?

And that goes for both sides of the aisle, although I will say one side loves to complain about sky screamers and cancel culture only to do the exact same thing when faced with a company they disagree with.

Discrimination based on political affiliation is the most egregious of any type of discrimination, unless your employer is a political party.

There's a lot to unpack here.

While I think cancel culture sucks and we now live in a world in which you are supposed to agree with your group.. And if you don't, you will be disowned.. How many of you work for a company that if you tweet or post the wrong content, you will be fired?
How many people over the years, didn't get hired for a job simply because the potential employer looked at that person's social media and made a decision based on their content?
And this isn't about them wanting people to subscribe to certain views or anything like that, this comes down to a company making a move just in case those comments come back not just on her, but the show she stars in.. That could lose money.
So I wouldn't waste time trying to call them.

This is like calling the hotel lobby to complain about the hiring practices at the Holliday Inn

I find it horrendous to be fired for simple political beliefs, and have no clue how it’s being equated

Discrimination becoming accepted and practiced based on political beliefs is pretty much how every totalitarian murderous govt has begun
So yeh, when that happens I would rank right at the top

Which term was it that she violated?

Then why did her co-star who did the exact same thing only at a 100000x more egregious level not get fired?

You don't think Disney wants people to subscribe to their political views? For real?

Not really. It's pretty simple process. There's a bit of overlap but anyone with a decent thought process can separate the two.

No you jackass. He is correct. That goes for people in general, everyone is happy as long as people are saying shite they agree with, but the second someone says something that people don't like, it doesn't matter who it is... They want them gone.
You, for example. we disagree on political issues, when I post shite you disagree with, you go to name calling and you want me banned because... you think what I post is stupid.. Because you don't agree with it.

Political stuff? Like what the Lady in the OP posted? Not at all.
