never purchased anything Yeti
Same. Honestly, I’ve never purchased any ice chest except for a live auction 20qt GATR to support my local high school baseball team. Won a 20qt Yeti, a 65qt Yeti, and a 65qt K2. Was given a 120qt Igloo, and a 20qt GATR bag. Traded the 20qt Yeti for a Yeti bag cooler, sold that with the quickness because the zipper is heavy duty ridiculousness, it still leaked, and didnt hold ice worth a shite.

The Yeti 65 is the oldest and by far the best at keeping slushy ice water with drinks in the back my truck with a bed cover. Like 3-4-5 days in Louisiana summer. The 65qt K2 leaks, the GATR should be spelled GAYTR because it absolutely sucks and the handles are dumb as shite. Get caught on everything.

I'm doing all right as well. I was paying for school out of pocket so it made sense to get half of the credits out of the way at a school that cost 1/3 of what LSU did.

Idk man, that $400 YETI cast iron skillet from a few yrs ago is the shite and worth every penny.

Yeah I forgot about that....I bought 4 of them. How you gonna get through life without a $400 cast iron skillet that is, by all accounts, bear proof???? I mean thats really a no brainer purchase right there.....

I own a ton of Yeti stuff.
It was the first cooler that kept stuff cold a long time at the tailgates.

I'll continue to buy it.

How damned long were you tailgating????? They have only existed about 20 years. Coleman was making a galvanized steel cooler in 1954 that would keep ice for 2-3 days. They let y'all tailgate in red stick for more than 2-3 days at a stretch? Most places would call that being homeless....

There ain't a Coleman made that keep ic for 3 days unless they have a Roto product now...

Yeti didn't come out against the NRA. Yeti stopped giving the NRA free stuff and the NRA threw a fit like a petulant child about it. I'm a lifetime NRA member myself but lets call a spade a spade here.

And Yeti or any other company not wanting to print political messages on a cup is not cancelling anybody as the group claims. If we as conservatives want to be taken seriously, we need to act better than this.

The NRA did something similar to Delta Airlines a few years ago. Delta canceled some sort of deal they offered for points or something for people traveling to NRA convention and using a specific credit card....according to Delta something like 15 customers had used the benefit over a span of several years. It wasn't what one might call successful so Delta decided to end the benefit. The NRA had a FIT....like the whiny snowflakes they are....and still have not come up with a legitimate number of people who had ever received the benefit from Delta. The whiny snowflake GOP of Georgia, however, ended a $40 million dollar tax incentive that they had given Delta over Delta's decision to not be part of the NRA. Georgia Republicans, typically, quietly reinstated the tax incentives within a year because why the frick wouldn't they LOL???? Delta is a major employer in Georgia and no doubts lines the pockets of every politician in the state at times....

I buy my Yeti clones on the Wal-Mart shelf half price.

I do have one of those. Ozark Trail I think its called. Paint has flaked off and it looks like hell but it will keep ice several hours, which is nice. It will not, however, keep single malt several hours. Somehow every time I tip it back the single malt runs out the top and down my throat. Its nice that it keeps ice a long time. I would prefer it keep the single malt a long time...ice is relatively cheap, single malt is not. If Yeti could build one that held single malt as long as it held ice I would buy one from a man in a dress taking a shite in the ladies room with the stall door open and reading from a children's book....but that's just me, I like single malt....

Come to think of it nary a bear has ever got at my single malt when it was in that walmart tumbler.....

The only way to truly test this is to try and place an order with the words liberal or progressive in it and see if that also gets canceled.

Those women sound like a PITA customer, tbh.

Sounds like Yeti got tired of their crap.
Given how they reacted, Yeti was probably right to run 'em off.

And for a tailgate it doesn't really matter how good your cooler is. That ice is gonna melt either way because you keep opening it to grab beers letting warm air in.

Much different than driving 8 hours and then needing it to stay cold/frozen for a while when camping.

I don’t think anyone has ever purchased anything yeti for themselves. They make all of their money off of raffles and lazy last minute gift shoppers.

They're all manufactured at one plant in central China, they just have different labels slapped on.
