So it's not an organization, just a loose collection of groups who may or may not have the same beliefs, strategies, or goals. Pretty disorganized for an 'organization', eh?

Actually, it was active in Weimar Germany in 1930 way before WW2 and the majority of German’s reaction to it and the disorder it fomented and the violence it perpetrated led to the rise of Hitler and the Nazis.

They consider capitalism a form of fascism.
Just because they dont have a traditional organizational infrastructure doesn't preclude it from being an organization.
In fact, its loose associations is most likely by design, with cells operating independently of each other and any central leadership.
It wont be long before the FBI reinstitutes things like COINTELPRO to combat the threat posed to our American way of life.
