it's stalking its victims now. Someone brought up a solid point on the political board. Why he hire a top defense attorney for a misdemeanor crime?
The key? Everyone has forgotten about the powder letter mailed to him. That's serious federal felony charges if he did that too.

If he hired Michael Monico, they're involved in the white powder letter to Fox. Filing a false report and obstruction are state crimes and relatively minor when it comes to punishment. Paying a guy like Monico means his exposure is likely more than probation and a fine, which is the likely outcome if this is just a false report type case.
