Cops or prosecutors office must have fricked up with handling key evidence that would have been inadmissible at trial, thats the only way I can see him getting away with all of this shite. Unreal and you just know this frick will be back on TV at somepoint after a public rehabilitation stint. frick this guy

Nope, Chicago Politics is as corrupt as it gets.
Obamas are tight with SAO, and she has tried to hinder investigation from when it started, which is why Cops leaked shite to the media, so real story got out.
She even recused herself from the case, all the while, still tampering and pushing for him to get little to nothing.
In Chicago, payoffs count a lot to getting your record and charges dropped/expunged

Well the cops are calling for a federal investigation into the Prosecutors decision, so if they fricked up, they are asking for the feds to look into it.
Apparently the Prosecutor is saying, if he is convicted, he will simply serve community service, and he already has done that, so there is no point in spending the time to prosecute. That was the story from TMZ (Take that for what it's worth).
