After all the stories I have heard about Judge Erwin, it sounds like the Sammy's crew didn't care for his drunken shenanigans.
I don't think he said the n word (although people get drunk and say shite, it happens to all of us) but it sounds like Sammy's is going to just use the incident to have him thrown out so as to not deal with him anymore.

I think whether he said it or not, sammys banned him just so people don't picket and protest out front. They did it to protect themselves. Piss off one person(judge) or let SJW's destroy your business? Sammys owners are smart. Ban him, business keeps moving.
