I really, really hope he sues the ever living shite out of Gary.
Gary failed to use the word allegedly on his lame arse journalism website. That will be a huge deal especially if you frick with someone with means like a judge. You can possibly get away with that bullshite with regular, every day folks. But not with a judge who I'm sure knows some top notch attorneys.
He won't get anything from the accuser. She likely has nothing and is in fact currently paying $70k in restitution.
You want some sweet sweet justice? They sue Gary into the poor house and he has to move to NBR after being forced into selling his whiteburbia home.
