I've been trying to get this answered from the get go.
Was the lyft driver for either of them. If so, why is the driver inside? I've used these driving services a couple hundred times and they have never left their car to get me or drop me off.
If that person wasn't for them, why are they called lyft driver and not Bob Smith or something?
