JUDGE GAIL Horne Ray reduces bail

Judge Ray sets bail in the amount of 300k for teenager accused of raping pre-teen. Four days later she, without a hearing, reduces the bail to 100k without a hearing or notifying prosecutors or victim's family. A Judge doesn't reduce bail he or she has set unless additional facts come to light to support the reduction. there were no hearings so it sounds like judge Horne -Ray must have been influenced by some communication she had with someone outside the courtroom setting. absolutely disgusting.

It’s worse than you think. The girl lives with her grandmother on the same street as the villain. They were never contacted to be warned he was getting out because no one in the DAs office knew the judge had reduced his bail. They fear for their lives.
